Formed in 1986 in Denver, CO, by drummer Sid Davis, and guitarist Todd Howell, the 40th Day earned accolades as one of areas best-loved indie rock bands. Throughout a decade long career, and various incarnations, the band recorded two critically acclaimed CD’s, Something Hidden Here (1989) and Lovely Like a Snake (1992) under the label Greenhaus Records.
